First Operational Preview — Globe, Base & Field Deployment

First Footage. No Polish. Just The Work.

This is the first public development preview of ShadowOrg.

No narration. No cutscenes. No carefully selected highlight reel. Nine minutes and fifty-five seconds of a game being built — and the advisors who won't stop having opinions about it.

What You Are Looking At

This preview covers the systems currently operational in the build. Ground combat is not in this video. That comes next. Everything else is here.

The Globe — Real-time UFO activity across a 3D world map. Craft spawn, move, execute missions, and disappear. Case sites open when they are done. If you don't have radar coverage, you find out through the noise they leave behind — intercepted police calls, wiretapped local communications, monitored news reports. You piece together what happened from fragments.

Base Construction — The current build uses a 2D prototype for the base layer. It will not stay that way. What you can see is the system underneath — surface cover, underground facility levels, construction management, energy production, living space requirements. Everything costs something. Nothing builds itself.

Agent Management — Hiring, loadout configuration, vehicle preparation, equipment selection. Every operative you send into the field is a decision made before they leave.

Intel & Research — The inbox fills up. Advisor logs arrive. The research chain starts moving. Professor Burg has already found something he does not like.

First Contact — A UFO tracks across the globe. It lands. A team that has been prepared during the first part of the video is dispatched. You watch them drive to the location.

Then the video ends. Because that is where the build ends. For now.

What Comes Next

The UI is getting a full overhaul. The loadout system is getting a full overhaul. Then ground combat — the full three-phase field mission system — gets built properly.

Agents with Traits, Perks, and individual values are designed and coming. When they arrive, every deployment decision on the Globe will carry a different weight entirely.

We are building this properly. That takes time. This is what the time looks like.
